Following the approach of the OWIS Nanyang and Suntec campuses, the team at the OWIS Digital Campus will promote compassion, inclusivity and diversity in the school community. To do this, the OWIS Digital Campus will follow a 30% nationality cap, which we have found helps to create an inclusive community and a diverse mix of students.
At the new campus, your child will be guided to understand and appreciate the differences between cultures and families. Students will learn to embrace these differences and will have the cultural sensitivity required to succeed in a global community.
At the OWIS Digital Campus, your child’s well-being will be an essential focus area and our Pastoral Care Programme will support them through their learning journeys to help them become the best version of themselves.
Educators at the OWIS Digital Campus will nurture a love of learning among all students. Lessons inside and outside the classroom will cultivate skills that students need to face 21st-century challenges - skills like critical thinking, collaboration and international mindedness.
In addition, students will have access to a rich selection of extracurricular activities to engage their passions and gain confidence in a range of areas like music, second languages, sports and more.
It is the goal of all OWIS educators that students are able to flourish both emotionally and intellectually. With access to engaging skill studios, students will be able to develop new talents and prepare themselves for their future at university and beyond.
Through our curricula, events and modelling by example, we promote compassion, kindness and acceptance within our campuses.
While giving attention to honing pen and paper skills, teachers at OWIS Digital Campus will leverage technology devices and education apps to support different learning styles and personalise learning activities. This will help your child to explore concepts as per their level of understanding and showcase their achievements.
Hand-in-hand with the age-appropriate access to technology, students will learn about digital citizenship and responsible online behaviour. This will help to shape them into socially conscientious global citizens.
